  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days from the receipt of your item, providing:
    • A detailed description of the fault or damage
    • Clear photos of the faulty or damaged item
  • The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Once we receive the faulty item and confirm the issue, we will arrange for an exchange or issue store credit for the value of the item.
  • We do not cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items unless otherwise agreed.
